Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Background check.
  • Pass Drug Test.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Must be able to lift over 100 lbs safely.
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders, at heights, and in tight spaces.
  • Any additional trade licenses or certifications (e.g., OSHA, lead-safe certification, contractor’s license) would be a great benefit to the company but are not required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Someone who is eager to be trained and assist with all tasks required by our specialists.
  • Ability to take direction well and work as part of a team.
  • A reliable individual who takes pride in their work and shows up on time.
  • No specific experience required, but any experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor is a plus!

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting Exterior and Interior Specialists with various tasks, including:
    • Exterior Work: Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, window and door installation, and aluminum wrapping.
    • Interior Work: Drywall hanging and mudding, kitchen and bathroom remodels, framing, cabinet installation, tiling, and more.
  • Performing demolition and site preparation for remodeling projects.
  • Using tools and materials properly while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Following instructions and working closely with experienced professionals to develop new skills.
  • Ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
