Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Background check.
  • Pass a drug test. 
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Must be able to lift over 100 lbs safely.
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders, at heights, and in tight spaces.
  • Any additional trade licenses or certifications (e.g., OSHA, lead-safe certification, contractor’s license) would be a great benefit to the company but are not required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in drywall installation, mudding, and repair.
  • Skilled in full kitchen and bathroom remodels, from demo to installation.
  • The ability to frame walls and install interior doors with precision.
  • Proficiency in cabinet installation, backsplash tiling, and trim work.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail—you take pride in doing the job right.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Someone who enjoys working with their hands and seeing a project come to life.

  • Position will be as needed. There may be time gaps inbetween jobs, and you must be willing to work until the job is completed. This position will most likely grow into a full-time contractor position.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Drywall installation and repair – Hanging, mudding, taping, and finishing new drywall or patching existing walls seamlessly.
  • Kitchen remodels from demo to completion, including:
    • Demolishing old kitchens safely and efficiently.
    • Framing new walls or adjusting layouts as needed.
    • Installing kitchen cabinets securely and level.
    • Cutting and placing backsplashes with precision.
    • Fitting and finishing trim work to create a polished look.
    • Ensuring a clean and functional final product.
  • Bathroom remodels from start to finish, including:
    • Demolition and removal of existing fixtures and finishes.
    • Framing and prepping for new layouts.
    • Installing plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs).
    • Laying custom tile work for floors, walls, and showers.
    • Ensuring a high-end, finished look with attention to detail.
  • Framing walls and installing interior doors – Making structural modifications, creating new layouts, and ensuring smooth door operation.
  • Ensuring every project is completed with high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in mind.
