Exterior Specialist – Be Part of a Growing Team!
Are you a hands-on pro with an eye for detail? Do you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working outdoors? We’re a fast-growing exterior company on the rise, and we’re looking for an Exterior Specialist to join our team!

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Background check.
  • Pass a drug test. 
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Must be able to lift over 100 lbs safely.
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders, at heights, and in tight spaces.
  • Any additional trade licenses or certifications (e.g., OSHA, lead-safe certification, contractor’s license) would be a great benefit to the company but are not required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia installation and repair.
  • Skilled in removing and installing windows and doors properly.
  • The ability to wrap windows and doors with aluminum (a must-have skill!).
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail—you take pride in doing the job right.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Someone who enjoys working with their hands and seeing the results of their work.

  • Position will be as needed. There may be time gaps inbetween jobs, and you must be willing to work until the job is completed. This position will most likely grow into a full-time contractor position.

  • Installing and repairing roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia with precision.
  • Wrapping windows and doors with aluminum like a true pro.
  • Removing and installing windows and doors with a secure and weatherproof fit.
  • Working on a variety of projects—no two days are the same!
  • Ensuring every client gets top-notch service and quality craftsmanship.
